Suzanne Baker Joins Visiting Nurse│Hospice Atlanta

Suzanne Baker has been named Director of Advancement at Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta, the nonprofit home health and hospice care provider currently celebrating its 60th year. In this capacity, she will oversee all aspects of fund raising and advancement at Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta, including major and planned gifts, foundation and corporate relations, the annual fund, and special events. One priority will be the successful conclusion of the Patient Connections fundraising campaign, a $3 million initiative to infuse technology solutions such as home telemonitoring into care delivery.  Previously, Suzanne was a director of development at Emory University for almost seven years, serving in Foundation and Corporate Relations before transitioning to the Woodruff Health Sciences Center.  A native of Mobile, Alabama, Suzanne has a bachelor’s in international affairs from Georgetown University.
