Vanderlans And Sons, Inc. Renews Strategic Location In Marietta With Crespartners' Assistance

CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, negotiated a renewal of 13,480 square feet for the Eastern Regional Factory Warehouse of Vanderlan and Sons, Inc. at 1155 Allgood Road, Atlanta, Georgia.  Ed Riggins, Executive Vice President with CresaPartners, has represented Vanderlans’ Atlanta location since 2002 and assisted in the lease renewal.

Vanderlans and Sons, Inc. is a 50 year old company that manufactures pipe plugs and pipeline tester equipment sold under the Lansas® Products brand name. Lansas® Products pipe plugs are used to provide leak proof closures for construction, repair and cleaning of industrial pipeline applications.

“The Atlanta warehouse is one of three strategic distribution locations used to service our United States customers,” said Skip Summers, Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Vanderlans.  “ When we opened the first 3,745 square feet facility in the West Oak area of Marietta in 2002, we did not realize that the company would move twice and expand by more than 300 percent in less than six years.”

“While Vanderlans has been willing to move in the past to accommodate growth, the analysis this time resulted in a renewal at the current location in West Oak Business Park,” said Ed Riggins of CresaPartners.
