Richard Bowers & Co. Announces Hiring of New Agent Tarkenton Thompson

Richard Bowers & Co. announced the recent hiring of Tarkenton Thompson. Formerly Vice President of Tenant Advisory Services for Transwestern Commercial Services, Thompson will focus on office and industrial brokerage, as well as private party investments.
               
“Tarkenton has proven himself a top producer over the past decade,” said Richard Bowers, chairman and CEO of Richard Bowers & Co. “I am supremely confident he will make an immediate contribution to the success of our firm. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
               
Over the years, Thompson has been recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) “Million Dollar Club” and NAI Global. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the ACBR, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member/Candidate (CCIM).

In addition to Transwestern, his previous real estate experience includes being vice president of brokerage services at NAI Brannen/Goddard, where he specialized in the representation of telecommunication and Internet related companies. His first assignment in real estate was with Atlanta-based Terminus Real Estate. Previous clients include Wachovia Securities, Bekaert Corporation, Georgia Commerce Bank and MCI/Worldcom.

A native Atlantan, Thompson grew up in the intown neighborhood of Ansley Park. He is and alumnus of the University of Georgia and a member of the Chi Phi Fraternity, Eta Chapter.
