Arnall Golden Gregory Partner Elected to Board of French American Chamber of Commerce

Atlanta law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP congratulates Rich Kaye, partner in the firm’s corporate
practice, on his recent induction to the board of the French American Chamber of Commerce – Atlanta
Chapter.
Kaye provides counsel on international business matters, commercial endeavors and
construction projects. He assists clients with mergers, stock and asset purchase agreements,
company formations and limited liability issues. Kaye began his international career in Abidjan,
Ivory Coast, and then continued in Paris, where he fulfilled the practice requirements for the
French professional designation of
Conseil Juridique.
Kaye received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. He is the current
Chair of the International Transaction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, a board member to
the Georgia chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association and a member of N.A.S.D.
Board of Arbitrators and the American Society of International Law. He is also a member of the
International, Corporate and Construction Law and Practice Sections of the American Bar
Association.
Kaye is a 20-year member of the French American Chamber of Commerce – Atlanta Chapter.
