This marks the first time the firm has held one of its national conferences in San Diego.

The Solutions at Work® 2009 Employer Conferences are designed for human resources professionals, in-house legal counsel, and other managers who must deal with workplace legal issues. The conferences feature numerous break out sessions on important legal topics as well as speeches from experts on motivation and management techniques.

The firm’s attorneys will discuss topics that include immigration, Internet-related issues, wage and hour issues, employee benefits, harassment issues, discrimination issues, and several other topics important to informed employers.

Chairman and Managing Partner Roger Quillen said, “These conferences offer our clients and other employers a great venue for learning about the latest changes in labor and employment law. At the same time, managers from around the nation, representing a wide array of industries, come together and share their insights with one another in a relaxed, open forum that allows them to learn from one another’s experiences.”
