Phillips Partnership Announces Two Promotions

Phillips Partnership announces today the promotion of two senior executives:
Susan Phillips to Chief Operating Officer and
Rob French to Senior Vice President.

As Chief Operating Officer, Phillips is responsible for all business operations.

operations, which includes the architectural and engineering project teams.
