Phillips Partnership Announces Two Promotions

Phillips Partnership announces today the promotion of two senior executives:   Susan Phillips to Chief Operating Officer and Rob French to Senior Vice President.

As Chief Operating Officer, Phillips is responsible for all business operations.  As Senior Vice President, French is responsible for overseeing the firm’s technical operations, which includes the architectural and engineering project teams.
